How do I order digital copies of images?
You can order digital copies of images in the same way you order prints, the only difference is they're emailed not posted. Simply browse through the galleries, and when you find an image you like, click the ‘Add item to basket’ button and choose ‘Digital image file via email’ in the pop up box. When you have selected all the photos you require, simply complete the checkout process. Your photos will be emailed within 5 working days.
Do I have to provide all the information in the checkout process?
This depends on what you are ordering. For digital image files we only require Name, Email address and phone number fields. However, for prints with postage, an address is also required. No payment details are collected through Anyhowracing.co.uk. All online payments are processed by the PayPal service. (http://www.paypal.com)
How long does it take for me to receive my photos?
This depends on what you have ordered. We aim to send digital copies within 5 days of receiving the order, though it may take slightly longer during busy periods of the season. If you have not received them within 7 days, please contact us at webmaster@anyhowracing.co.uk and we’ll look into the problem.
For photo prints, we aim to have them printed within 7 working days of the order being placed. After this time, you are free to collect them at the next available meeting, or, if during the checkout process you opted for posted delivery, items will be dispatched via First Class Recorded delivery.
What size are the photos?
Digital photos are emailed at the largest resolution we have available. This is usually over 2048x1536 pixels, sufficient for prints over A3 size. If you would like to know the resolution in advance of order, please email us using webmaster@anyhowracing.co.uk . Once an image has been emailed, no refunds can be provided.
Photo prints can be produced in virtually all sizes. Common sizes are available for direct purchase through the website. However, if you have any special requests for gifts / sizes / posters etc, please contact us at webmaster@anyhowracing.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
